Default should i...

Just wondering if you all think i should work out (exercise) more...

I do the Chalean Extreme Video (abs wednesday, flexibilty saturdays). 3 days of resistance training, 2 days of cardio. Sometimes i'll exercise 6 times a week (with swimming on a "day off" or turbo jam cardio). And i run a block or two every day i do work out. This accumulates maybe an hour or so of my day; am i not doing enough? - Not that my weight loss is non existent

That sounds like a good amount of exercise to me.

If your weightloss is still good, keep doing what you're doing... When you plateau, then you'll have to change things up, either by intensifying your workouts or making them longer or playing with your caloric intake...

I think it sounds great! I would eventually like to work up to an hour of exercise daily, as well.

I agree with Ilene, sounds like plenty for now and you can hold the increase in exercise to pull out if you plateau.

Im wondering if im plateauing now - so early - when i've just done a week of new exercises (OUCH!). My weight just keeps bouncing between 212 and 209.. boing... boing.. boing. I could probably do more - i usually have time, i just get sweaty and gross and if i try for 2 hours, exhausted. (doesnt help that im on call for work for the next 2 months)

i decided, seeing as i think/feel like im not doing enough; i added another resistance training today. I do the chalean extreme and im on to lean. Today was lean 3, so after i'd finished the 40-50 mins of that, i did my 2 laps around the block, came back and did burn phase 3 (first phase video). Which is 20-30 mins, of weight lifting.
