    I didn't take time to get any miles in this week...I lazied out...Angie was off for her first week of summer break, she took the dogs out each morning so walking was an option for me after work...I failed to exercise that option....dang!

    however...

    We all got out and did the 3FC 5K this morning and a bit more. A nice walk to Starbucks for coffee and was blessed to catch our daughter in law out on her morning run

  • Just finished 3 miles with the dogs after church. Angie and my daughter went to yoga, after we came from church, and are planning on taking the dogs on a run when they got back, giving me a Father's Day "break"....they will be happy they can just do their run now and not "stop-sniff and poo"

    I'm new here, new to exercise. I joined a gym earlier this month. I'm doign phys. therapy and am only allowed to do 'little' stuff at the gym. I've been doign the Feldenkrai class and today I did the "fit @ any age" class. lol! I was the youngest there but they outdid me.
    My hips and sciatica are really feelign it right now but I did it!! I know in order for me to get in shape and get to where I don't hurt all the time, I'm going to have to get these muscles in shape and it's going to hurt.
    This class is 3x a week and the feldenkrais is once. Then I walk.
