
I'm new here, new to exercise. I joined a gym earlier this month. I'm doign phys. therapy and am only allowed to do 'little' stuff at the gym. I've been doign the Feldenkrai class and today I did the "fit @ any age" class. lol! I was the youngest there but they outdid me.
My hips and sciatica are really feelign it right now but I did it!! I know in order for me to get in shape and get to where I don't hurt all the time, I'm going to have to get these muscles in shape and it's going to hurt.
This class is 3x a week and the feldenkrais is once. Then I walk.
