Cool just a question

Do ab exercises make anyone else feel sick?

I do them and i feel sick, until i stop; which i pretty much do right away. I also uncontrollably hold my breath, until the slight pain subsides. I feel with my body reacting like that, i'll never get anywhere.

What kind of ab exercises are you doing? And how soon after you eat?

I get sort of nauseous if I do ab exercises right after eating, or first thing in the morning before breakfast. You might try mixing up when you're doing them to see if that helps.

Also, you might try doing standing ab work. Google "Standing Ab Exercises" for some you might try.

yeah, its generally the floor work that makes me feel this way. But i never work out til over an hour after i've eaten, because i know i can feel sick doing anything that soon after, or before.

Just the standard floor work, crunches, lower body crunches, some twist for obliques, something called a chop (i think).
