The first time I switched from walking to running, I put it off for a few steps because I was worried what someone would think seeing my big a$$ running. But then I thought, who cares? I'm the one out here doing it, they're the ones watching from inside their house. So who's the loser now? lol
I do still think about it from time to time but I just push that thought back and carry on.
Good job with C25K. It's such a great program. I got the podcasts with the music when I was doing it.
