  • Way to do it! Don't you worry not ONE ioda about the timing right now. Get into your groove and that will come later. Make it something you like and a habit for now.
  • I think it's great. Even now that I run, I can't walk as fast a mile as some people do who don't run. I guess I'm just not built for fast walking. And anyway, it just doesn't matter what you can do today, only that you do it and keep doing it and grow!
  • You're doing great already! I'm another one who couldn't even run a mile in under 15min in high school lol. Just focus on proper form and have fun!
  • When I started my diet about a month ago I had to hit the gym in my building. The treadmill was my enemy let me tell you. I didnt realize HOW out of shape I was (still am). My husband (very sympathetic ) asked why I was going slow and commented I wouldnt lose any weight ugh! I started at 2.0 and my heart rate was about 130ish. I got discouraged at first but I realized if I was fat for a long time it would take me awhile to get into shape. I also have learned to enjoy the journey more than getting bothered by how slow I am compared to others. I now can go up to 3.5 with a heart rate of 120ish. So yes its progress and be patient with yourself. Your not where you want to be, but its not where you were, your on your way!!!!
