Exercise, BP, and Heart Rate
I'm not sure if this is the place to be asking this, and I know no one is a professional. But I just want opinions. I jsut got done doing about 20 minutes of Sweatin' to the Oldies 3, and my throat/upper chest was burning. I took my BP and pulse rate with a home machine and this is what it said. This was right after I finished with my 20 minutes.
BP - 135/86
Pulse/min - 122
Does that sound okay for a 28 year old female? My mom took it the other day, after I had been sitting in my computer chair for hours, and she thought my pulse was high for someone that had been sitting down. Opinions on the readings?
