How much do you exercise daily ?

  • Usually 45 minutes daily 4/5 days a week but I got a bit lazy recently.
  • I work out 4 days per week always, and then sometimes 5-6 times if the stars are aligned correctly :-)

    Monday: JM 30-day shred in morning, 30 min run on treadmill in evening
    Tuesday: Speed walk 30 min to 2nd job in morning, stationary bike 25 min in evening
    Wednesday: JM 30-day shred in morning, 30 min run on treadmill in evening
    Thursday: Speed walk 30 min to 2nd job in morning, stationary bike 25 min in evening

    Friday - I try to get 30 min running on treadmill in, but that's a bonus if I have time.

    Now that the weather is getting nicer I will definitely be doing something on Saturday or Sunday with my boyfriend outside like running or riding our bikes.

  • I exercise most days, but the amount and what I do varies. I'm really into my Wii Fitness Coach at the moment and do between 30-45 minutes a day. On top of that I do around 30 minutes in the gym a day and 30 minutes yoga every morning.

    I do two hours of hillwalking, cycling and swimming at least once a week.
