I found this neat little endurance test (3 questions) here:

and I've decided that I'm going to add the work out goals of trying to get to decent levels of those three exercises.
1. 1 Mile walk
2. 20 steps in 40 seconds
3. 1.5 mile run
I think the third one will be hardest, but do-able. Anyone care to join me?
