Endurance Assessment
I found this neat little endurance test (3 questions) here:
http://health.discovery.com/centers/...ssessment.html and I've decided that I'm going to add the work out goals of trying to get to decent levels of those three exercises. 1. 1 Mile walk 2. 20 steps in 40 seconds 3. 1.5 mile run I think the third one will be hardest, but do-able. Anyone care to join me? |
Those are interesting, I'm at a good level in all. I'm working on improving my running speed.

I'm happy with that given my 50+ age bracket! I don't think I will improve my running time much - my knees can't take the stress :( |
