My goal is to exercise every day & I try for at least an hour. That's the ideal. Life usually intervenes, though, and I miss a few days each month.

Not bad for the month of March. There was only one day where I missed my usual hour of exercise, and that was because of a snowstorm. At the end of March, with the month going out like a lamb, it's hard to remember how fiercely it came in like a lion that particular day.
I'm getting Jillian's 30-day shred video for contingencies like that snowstorm day, though it may upset my landlady to hear me thumping overhead.
ETA: I can't believe this, but I have to admit, I feel somewhat guilty that I didn't get in an hour of cardio **every single day** in March. Intellectually, I know that's insane, and I should be glad for the good work I have done. But I'm always left feeling that I could be doing more. I need to watch that -- it's my self-defeating perfectionism, which raises its head again & again in so many areas within my life.
