Hi all, I'm new to this thread. I have been waking up at 7:15 each morning and doing the "My Fitness Coach" for wii and the Wii fit. I do a 30min fit coach and then at least 20mins for the fit. I try to get in 5-6days of exercise each week.
I've decided that I'm going to start getting up around 7 so that I can get 30mins in of each. We'll see how that goes!
For next month I will figure out a mins goal... probably 1,000.. we'll see though. We are moving in the next few weeks, hopefully to our new house!!

and don't beat yourself up when you only get to do a fast paced walk to classes and shopping, that's still exercise. You're still getting more activity in than the past! Keep up the good work!!
