So yesterday, I spent about 3 hours digging up the driveway in preparation for putting down gravel. I drank about 3 liters of water and apparently sweat it all out since I didn't have to pee for the rest of the day, so must've worked pretty hard. But anyways... about how many calories would that have burned?
And today I am really, really sore. Should I wait until I'm not sore again to start doing more yardwork (my exercise of choice since I feel like I'm really accomplishing something), or will I get stronger faster by exercising daily, sore or not?
