Default woah, THIS is what you guys do everyday?

I have so much respect for all of you. Today, for the first time (I think in my life), I did a 45 minute workout. 30 solid minutes on the elliptical (level 6, incline 9), and 15 on a recumbant bike (level 8). Geez... I'm so impressed that you do this regularly, every week! I want to emulate you, and I'm going to keep trying to go to the gym as often as possible.

Oh, and I feel like my a** is successfully kicked.

hehe...actually, somebody had just left the machine on an incline, and I didn't know enough about it to think to change it! I didn't realize until later that it wasn't a beginner incline, and by then I realized that I could do it!

Well, guess what--I'm totally impressed! I got my butt kicked by my new elliptical on level 2, incline 2 for 12 minutes! So you are my hero-goddess for doing 30 minutes at the level you did it. I hope to be there soon!
