Default Omg!!! Omg!!! Omg!!!!

I can't believe I didn't post this yesterday. I was doing my 10min warm up on the treadmill before my workout and this is usually a walking pace of 3 to 3.5mph. At home, its jogging in place for 10min with the wii fit. Well at the gym yesterday, i just couldn't contain myself and felt the need to jog after 2 min, I went to 4.5 and jogged 8 MINUTES!!!! my previous jog time record you ask??? 90 SECOND intervals with 2 min walk in between. I really think I could have went further but I had to get on with my planned workout. I wanted to head back today and try just jogging to see what I can do since I have a 5k in 2 weeks but its not gonna happen this morning so it will be Wii Fit later.

I have been doing the 10 minute island lap myself on the wii fit here letely and I was thinking... will this REALLY increase my aerobic capacity? It has to right? I have been thinking about getting on the treadmill again since last time and seeing if I can stand a little more. I definitely think my foot and calve muscles are getting much stronger. That was the whole problem before. It's so sad, it's like I can't even jog or run long enough to get entirely out of breath due to my stupid feet and calves. I hope this is changing fo rme.

Isn't it so awesome to really be able to run? Keep training yourself like that and you will really see results in your distances.
