7: One hour beginning yoga class, 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes bike
8: One hour swimming class, 30 minutes bike, 15 minutes rowing
9: One hour bike
10: 15 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes bike, 15 minutes rowing, 10 minutes dumbbells
11: 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes bike
12: One hour beginning yoga class, 10 minutes dumbbells
13: 30 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes bike, 15 minutes rowing
14: One hour beginning yoga class, 30 minutes elliptical, 25 minutes bike (felt sick, stopped early)
15: Stomach flu, stayed in all day.
16: Stomach flu has still not let up.
17: 40 minutes elliptical, broke into a cold sweat, realized I went back too soon after being sick, so I stopped. But later that night, when I felt better, 10 minutes dumbbells during "The Biggest Loser"
18: 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes bike on lower resistance than usual
19: One hour yoga class, 10 minutes dumbbells
20: 45 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes rowing
21: Rest day, walked around Manhattan all day with visiting friend
22: One hour swimming class
23: One hour bike
24: 45 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes rowing
25: 45 minutes bike, 15 minutes elliptical
26: 45 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes bike
27: 45 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes rowing
28: One hour yoga class, 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes bike
