Arrgh! Monday!
Hi guys!
I'm nervous...back to the gym tonite! I'm going to attempt to do 45 minutes...at least
30 minutes on the elliptical tonite! Wish me luck! I'll have to whip out my Prodigy CD
for this one!

I used to lift weights when I was a bit thinner, around 180. I will start again
once I lose some fat though. I did mostly dumbells. You can really do a lot
with them and arms...you really don't need much any other arm workout...
and it works quickly if you use them regularly because arm muscles are smaller
and easier to build. It's all in the form, that you keep your muscles taut and
that you don't swing the weights, but use them as resistance....
What ever happened to NASCAR Woman? She was a great inspirator, like you!

I hope you were able to make it to the gym. As a first time homeowner, I learned
that snow shoveling is great exercise, it's just that I kind of hurt my back doing
it the wrong way!

Hello! I hope things are going well for you. I'm glad to hear your OP too. I was
following WW for a while and lost close to 15 pounds, but gained it all back after
I quit. I'm going to start the exercising up first with lite eating...then maybe I'll
slowly work in the points again.
