Question

Hi, I have been doing the At Home Program for 1yr now & I am looking to see if anyone can recommend any Leslie Sansone tapes. I currently have her 2 Mile walk tape & love it. I am ready to get another of her tapes to alternate but would like to have other's opinions on her other tapes.

Thanks for your help,
Debbie

Debbie,

You can read lots of reviews on lots of exercise videotapes at www.fitnessvideo.com , www.college-video.com (the link ususally doesn't work, so you may need to type it in), and www.amazon.com.

Hapy walking (I LOVE it).

Thanks REC I did check videofitness.com. The reviews were pretty divided on some of the videos I was looking at. I don't know if you have any of her videos. Have you heard anything about the Weight Loss Walk one or the 4 Mile Power walk one? I want something longer than the 2 Mile Walk one & those are the two I am leaning towards. If anyone has any of these & has any input I would really appreciate it.

Thanks for the other website address REC. I really appreciate it

Hi Debbie,
I'm a big fan of Leslie's programs. I got a great one from QVC item number F25528. It's called the walk off the weight at home fitness program with weighted gloves. So far I can't make it through the four mile tape. It's 65 minutes long and very challenging. This is one you might want to check out. I'm not sure what you want to spend but QVC had the best price that I saw for this. And no I do not work for QVC but I do like to pass values along. If you want to check it out go to www.qvc.com and enter the item number in the search block and it will pull it up. Good luck and great walking.
Oh and if you are interested we have a thread on here for Air Walker/gliders and regular walkers #23 and we'd love to have you join us.

Hi Rose, thanks for the feedback. The 4 mile power walk is one of the tapes I was looking at.. Are the gloves necessary or can you do it with regular 2 lb weights? I will definitely take a look over at the Air Walker/gliders and regular walkers #23 thread. Thanks for inviting me

Hi Debbie,
It's me again. No the gloves aren't necessary. I just use them because they came with the set but if you just want to purchase the video I would try collagevideo.com. It is an awesome workout. And by the way it's #22 not #23 I think. I'm sorry about the mix up. I hope to see you post on the thread with us. Keep walking.

Thanks Rose. I went to collagevideo.com and will probably order the tape from them. I appreciate the help and the warm welcome

Debbie,

I don't use any tapes, just go with my own thoughts. I try to keep up the pace (and usually do), but I know I have to be conscious about doing that. I'm sure the tapes help with that issue.

REC I commend you for being able to do the exercise without the tapes. I need something to keep me structured and on track. I love music too so it helps to have that in the background too.

Take care!
