Another 3.6 for me today. I'm a bit behind the 8-ball, so I'm revising my goal to 1000km (621 miles) and we'll see how we go from there.

I still have a hidden goal of 1000 miles, but if I hit my mini goal I'll be stoked as well - that will be further than I've ever run in my life, either way!

+4.5 bike miles. First exercise I've done in 12 days, so made me happy even though it was a relatively low number for me on the bike.

I ran 4.26 miles this morning!

Thanks for the luck gang!! I'm hoping to just get through this race with my limbs all still functional! Running with an injury is definitely not ideal, but I'm going to take it easy, take plenty of walks breaks, and try to just have fun. :)
