    It's been 13 day's since I've exercised. I've been so lame. So anyways, I got back on track today.

    30 min's WATP (baby steps).

    I have finally got back on track with my eating. Two days down the rest of my life to go! Anywho, back to the workout. I am going to work tonight - either WATP 30-45 min or Turbo Jam 20 min. Yeah us!!!
  • A whole new month--woot!

    01 - Bike to work and back, about 50 min; about 20 min of walking
    02 - 33 min HIIT on the rowing machine; 15 min yoga and stretching
    03 - 60-min yoga class
    04 - Bike to work and back, about 50 min; playing around on the machines at the gym with a friend, an hour (a fun hour, but not the most intense, workout-wise!)
    05 - Bike to work and back, about 50 min; 45-min yoga class
    06 - Ambling around a show for 3 hours or so
    07 - 30-day shred, level 2 *falls over*
    08 - Bike to work and back, about 50 min; 12 min HIIT on rowing machine; 40 min weight machines at the gym at lunch
    09 - Bike to work and back, about 50 min
    10 - 45-minute stability ball class
    11 - 45-minute hi-low class; about 25 min walking
    12 - Bike to work and back, about 50 min; and 45-min yoga class
    13 - Cleaned allll day. That's plenty!
    14 - Bike to work and back, about 50 min; 45-minute hi-low class;
    15 - 45-min bosu class
    16 - Bike to work and back, about 50 min;
    17 - 24 min HITT on the treadmill
    18 - 30 min on the bike at the gym, at a slightly higher intensity than perhaps I should have done. *falls over*
    19 - 45-min yoga class; 20 min HIIT on the treadmill, plus warm up and cool down
    20 - Walking to bus, and to train; and walked the dog once; probably about 30 min total
    21 - 45 min walking with my parents' dog; 45 min yoga
    22 - 15 min or so walking with my parents' dog this morning; another hour this evening, but we ran up all the little hills. I was tired and sweating when we came back, but she was still full of energy!
    23 - 45 min walk with the dog; 3-day shred level 2
    24 - About 80 min walking with the dog, including a longer 2nd walk of about 70 min in which the dog and I ran up the little hills.
    25 - 45 min walking with the dog, and ran up the little hills
    26 - 36 min on the treadmill (HIIT: 10 min at 4.5 mph, 10 min at 7 mph; and 10 min straight jogging at 5 mph; plus a few min walking), then 25 min abs and stretching/yoga
    27 - Walking with luggage from train station and to Winners, and then shopping . Probably about 20 min straight walking and an hour or so browsing in the store
    28 - 30 min HIIT on the rowing machine; 200-metre long high sets, and about 15 sets
    29 - 6K on the treadmill today. Longest. Run. Ever. ...I rock.
    30 -45-min yoga class; and then kicked my own butt on a program on a stationary bike, 20 min
    31 - 20 min rowing machine, 20 min treadmill, 20 min stationary bike

    12/02 - 60 min. super-awesome yoga class
  • 02 - 33 min HIIT on the rowing machine; 15 min yoga and stretching

    1 Hour HIIT on the TM
    5 minutes of **** on the Elliptical. I hate that thing.
    Strength Training
    30 minutes of eyecandy & a little bit of flirting.
  • 12/03 - 30 minutes step aerobics, 30 min watp, 20 minutes sweatin to the oldies.

  • Finally back home, finally exercising regularly! (I did exercise at the hotel twice, but 2 days out of 7 is not a really good hit rate.)

    Today: 30 minutes HIIT on the treadmill, 15 minutes HIIT on the elliptical.

  • 4 miles, with a big uphill.
  • 1 Hour HIIT on TM-
    100 crunches

    I feel your pain, sct--I went to yoga yesterday and woke up this morning stiff and sore!
