55 minute session with new personal trainer. This new workout routine will definitely rev up my weights sessions. Also: kill me. But in a good way.

I signed up at the YMCA yesterday, had my orientation yesterday, and i spent my first hour in the gym working out today. Woohoo!

Went to the gym, did 8 min on the TM, 40 min on the weight machines, and then discovered the Expresso Bike for 15 min. That thing is so COOL!!!!

13 - Cleaned allll day. That's plenty!
14 - Bike to work and back, about 50 min; 45-minute hi-low class;

1 hour 5k HIIT on the TM.
5 minute warm & Cool down
50 minutes of HIIT.

30 minutes weights & 80 crunches.

Monday: went into gym to do new weights workout. Felt massive resistance in a way I haven't so far since restarting in August -- fear of doing new exercises, fear of not getting anywhere with new routine? Found I had packed two left sneakers -- oh you sneaky subconscious. Went home, got one right sneaker, did abbreviated workout. Still managed to FALL OVER doing squats, which has NEVER happened before. Continued with workout nonetheless.

Tuesday: 30 min HIIT on the treadmill.

Today: Did new weights routine with proper shoes and no embarrassing up-enders. Resistance does turn out to be futile, if you just keep at it.

17 - 24 min HITT on the treadmill

HIIT on the treadmill used to just about kill me. But I did it today and was tired but okay. I have felt sooo fit lately. Nice when hard work pays off!
