Monday: went into gym to do new weights workout. Felt massive resistance in a way I haven't so far since restarting in August -- fear of doing new exercises, fear of not getting anywhere with new routine? Found I had packed two left sneakers -- oh you sneaky subconscious. Went home, got one right sneaker, did abbreviated workout. Still managed to FALL OVER doing squats, which has NEVER happened before. Continued with workout nonetheless.
Tuesday: 30 min HIIT on the treadmill.
Today: Did new weights routine with proper shoes and no embarrassing up-enders. Resistance does turn out to be futile, if you just keep at it.

HIIT on the treadmill used to just about kill me. But I did it today and was tired but okay. I have felt sooo fit lately. Nice when hard work pays off!
