I just finished my 2nd workout (Phase I)- my legs & butt were sooo tight yesterday, I think that the stretches today have make it all better
Dee - on my BL video (Cardio Max), Bob suggested that if you can't do the jumping jacks, then to keep moving your arms, and alternate legs to the side out & in ("just keep moving + eventually you may be able to do the jj's") ... Hope this helps
