Hello all! I was out of town for the weekend and definitely not staying with my diet at all the past few days, so I'm definitely in need of some exercise! It looks like this thread has fallen to the side a bit, so let's see if we can get it going again.
Anyone think they can get in 20 minutes of yoga/pilates today? If you don't regularly do these exercises, I've found google/youtube to be my friends when looking for new workouts.
If you're not into yoga/pilates, try a brief warmup and then 20 minutes of any deep stretches you know. Let's work our balance and flexibility!
