Do NOT know what got into me today. I went on a cardio binge after doing my strength training this morning.
50 min elliptical 20 min biggest loser cardio video (Bob is TOUGH) 20 min kathy smith video 20 min walk to store and back plus the 70 min strength...what does that add up to? Yeesh! |
45 minutes upper body workout.
30 minutes HIIT on the elliptical. |
My week as been pretty good!
Monday: Nothing... Tuesday: Lax Practice Wednesday: Ran and Stair Steps Thursday: Lax Practice Friday: Rode bike about 5 miles around town |
