Hi everybody, is it OK for me to join?
My goal for October: exercise 6 days out of 7, including walking to work. Monday 6: walked to work - 5 miles Tuesday 7: ran to work - 5 miles Wednesday 8: walked 5 miles Thursday 9: ran 5 miles Fri 10: walked 5 miles Sat 11: nothing Sun 12: more nothing Mon 13: ran 5 miles Tue 14: walked 5 miles Wed 15: ran 5 miles Sun 19: Ran 10 miles Mon 20: short swim Tue 21: Ran 3 miles Wed 22: Ran 5 miles Thur 23: Walked 5 miles Fri 24: Swam 1 mile Sat 25: Ran 3 miles Mon 27: Walked 5 miles Tue 28: Ran 5 miles I really feel like this consistent exercise is making a difference, I've lost a good couple of lbs. |

Jumping on :)
Joined a Strollercise type class Oct1- 1 hour running/walking hills Oct4- 1 hour strength training, 30 minutes jogging. Oct5- 45 minutes of jumping on a moonwalk (sons bday party, sneaky exercise) Oct6- 30 minutes strength training/30 minutes obsticle course |
Walked 3 miles, 45 minutes.

45 minutes lower body exercise. Holy moly, did I have an off day -- I lifted the weights, but I just didn't have "it."

09 - 50 min bike to work and back; 45 min at a hi/low class at the gym, which totally kicked my butt!

60 min cardio (10 min warmup, 40 min HIIT, 10 min cooldown...kicked my own butt!)
80 min FB strength (upped some of that too...what can I say, I was crazy active today). |

An hour on the Treadmill yesterday. Will most likely go again today. :)
