Default Kickboxing?!!

I love to feel like I have had a GREAT workout. The only thing that really lets me achieve this without gym equipment is running.

I'm looking for an alternate activity but so many things don't even make me sweat (my indicator of a good workout.) I run around a tennis court like mad, I rollerblade for miles and I love it but I hardly break a sweat doing that either. What do you suggest I try?

I am looking for something FUN and hardcore exercise. Is kickboxing a good one? If so, how long does it take until I know enough moves to be able to move fast and get a good cardio experience. Anyone?

well, i've been doing kickboxing for a few years. A gym i used to belong to introduced some kickboxing classes and I was hooked. Fast forward a few years later and two kids, I have had to modify a little bit.

I discovered Turbo Jam and it's awesome. It's a home kickboxing routine that kicks your butt and is so much fun! Beachbody.com has some info on it and you can buy it too. I have heard you can get it on amazon or ebay for a little cheaper or even check your library and see if they have it.

I love it and it's worth every penny you spend.

I also highly recommend turbo jam. It has upbeat music that makes you want to keep moving, and the time flies by.....and trust me you will be sweating by the time it's over!!
