I figured out yesterday that (at least for DDR 2) there is an all jump mode. Now, normally I feel like I'm not getting all that much of a workout on DDR because at a certain point the arrows just get too close together for me to figure out what order they come in, but yesterday was FANTASTIC. The best thing about all jump mode is that it slows it down, because it's presumably harder if it's all jumps, so I can actually play the game on expert- considerably sped up, and in case you've never done it, jumping up and down really quickly for long periods of time is a GREAT cardiovascular workout. This makes it not only a thrilling experience, but also the most intense exercise I'd ever willingly do for that period of time.
Just thought that was exciting, and maybe someone else would like to try it out.
