Okay...I've looked but nothing answers my question exaclty so I'm going to ask...I am a professional housecleaner (my own business). I clean for 3 hours on average per day. I am by myself so I clean floor to ceiling and everything in between (scrubbing floors on my hands and knees...base boards, ceiling fans, under beds, tubs, cabinet fronts..)you get the idea. Anyway...I do 4 bedroom houses with 2 baths in 2 1/2 hours...so I'm moving...I'm sweating the whole time....how many calories burned would I be doing...and then I'm going to try to translate into ww points earned??? Any help would be appreciated!
