Default Are you ready for the 3FC 5K???
OK, peeps, we are trying to get 100 people to do a 5K of some sort this weekend. You can walk, stroll, crawl, , take the dog, the kid, the stroller or your significant other. Do it in one stage, break it up...the choice is yours

There is a category for EVERYONE. Believe me, I have two of my very own
