Made it to spin class this am :ebike:
And weight circuit & sit ups on exercise ball. Treating myself with some fresh cut fruit (watermelon) from the local deli & some nonfat yogurt (french vanilla, my favorite flavor) I brought from home as a reward for getting up at 5am. |
I spent 2 hours washing cars by hand and I am going to the gym for a 30 minute BRISK walk.....

15 minutes abs, crunches, lunges 15 minutes Weights, arms, chest, back, shoulders, legs. 5 minutes stretching. |
