ROFL. Yes, our bootcamp trainer has us do these, too. Not happening with me. I did maybe two but I keep falling off.
This week I found out we aren't supposed to do boy pushups [chest all the way to the floor]. We are supposed to do modified pushup. Starting with arms straight and going down until arms are bent at 90 degree or less angles. I did about 10 this way. Still not the 30-40 he requested but better than nothing.
