I haven't updated for ages, but have made it to 175.9/135, although about 26 of those were walking rather than running. I still hit target on runs though, and I've got another run due tomorrow to finish the month off. I'm not sure how long it will be, I'm winding down before my marathon now, so it depends how my leg feels when I get there.

Angie and I did a 5K this morning with our dogs, a fundraiser for a local humane society. Looks like I will be short of goal again this month...oh well...many more miles than a year ago!!

I had computer problems last night so I was unable to add my last run. I ran 4 miles today, not by choice, believe me. My body was not ready to go from 3 miles to 4 miles in one run, but it started to rain and I really wanted to get home. I do not enjoy running in the rain. Anyhoo, I am 42/35 for the month of March. Hopefully I will be up to a four mile without feeling ill by the end of April!
