I am really just doing my own thing right now. I jog until I can't then walk a few minutes. On the 1st I will join the rest of you on W1D1 and follow the program to the best of my abilities.
Like right now I can jog 2+ minutes but don't ask me to do it again for at least 3 minutes. I plan on following the jog 30, rest 90, repeat. Hopefully with those shorter rests I will see the results I want.
In the meantime, I'll keep doing what I am now and if for some reason I start to see dramatic improvement with the current way I might just keep doing what I am doing. Whatever is working best at the time.
