I'd like to join in I recently started to really take this all seriously and I am trying to stay on task. I have been going weekly to the gym since the week before christmas. Food wise I have slipped a bit here and there. But with the gym I am working on going 4 times a week starting this week and this will help keep my accountable.
Sunday = 50 min at the gym 28 min. on the treadmill 4.2 and 5.0 incline 315 cals burned on the treadmill, abs machine 80 crunches, wt res. 2 sets |

Saturday - helped a friend move...to a third story walkup. I spent an hour at least on stairs alone, so I'm counting it.

Tues. 1 hr.. workout at the gym burned over 400 cal. was on with my intake today. Also did the stairs at work 20 steps 6 times and my long walk in parked out a ways.
This weeks goal is workout at the gym at least 4 times 2 down 2 to go. |

Exercised after work at the gym 60 min.
Tried some new equipment and added some extra wt. to a couple of machines. Today is day 3 my goal is 4 for the week. Yes I can and will do this. My trip to Maui is 3/25 what a goal! |

4 hrs skating last night. Wasn't my best workout, though. I don't know why, I was just feeling "off" and felt like I had less stamina than normal. I just kept having to switch up what I was doing, just so I could keep moving and working and sweating. Will watch my food intake today and make sure I'm getting that right. We'll see how running goes later today.

3 1/2 miles today, about a mile and a half was walking, the rest was mostly jogging with a few short spurts of running. :)
