  • Friday - Kathy Smith Lower Body Firming, walk 2 miles, ab work.
  • This is post #1000 for me! wooohoooo!

    Anywho, just did the 2 mile WATP's and some strength training on arms, abs and chest on the ball. Got me a new one!
  • 50 min elliptical. Have to do a 10 min walk later (in the rain, ugh) to pick up a rental car since my car broke down (why, oh WHY do cars always break down when you can't get an appointment to fix them until Monday?)
  • way to go Diva !!

    45 mins chest and tricep workout...
  • 30 minutes on the elliptical
  • friday 60 mins. elliptical
  • turbo sculpt and 20 min workout- turbo jam
  • Saturday 60 mins elliptical
  • 45 minute jog
    1 hour walk
  • My workout plan for 1/27 - 2/2

    Sunday- walk 2 miles *done*
    Tuesd - walk 2 miles
    Thurs.- walk 2 miles
    Saturday- walk 2 miles.
  • Turbo Jam- punch, kick, and jam DVD
  • 20 minutes elliptical
    15 minutes bike
  • Saturday - walked 3.5 miles
    Sunday - Walked approx 3-4 miles.



    Kind of a light weekend, but I'm still recovering from all the squats, plies, dead lifts and step ups I did on Friday.... eeep!
  • Slim n Six Ramp it up 48 minutes
  • Sorry about the car KIDDO!

    Still trying to get the miles in with the mutts or the treadmill!
