  • 1 hour walk with DH
  • Monday - 42 mins jump rope, walked 2.5 miles (in the snow no less!)
  • 25 min on bike inside, 20 min weights
  • 60 min on the elliptical, doing UB a little with hand weights as I went (I'm somewhat limited because my wrist is slightly broken at the moment).
  • 30 min elliptical

  • 40 mins back and biceps...
  • Tonight I stuffed pork chops with feta cheese and spinach for dinner...no time to treadmill.....dang...well actually there is time...just too lazy/tired!
  • 47 Minutes Slim N Six, 3 mile walk with Leslie!
  • Skipped Sunday's exercise... gave myself a break. Back at it today with 60 mins on the elliptical.
  • Tuesday: 50 mins elliptical, walk 2.5 miles.
  • 45 minute jog/walk.... I ran out of steam because I hadn't eaten beforehand ....
  • 60 min elliptical, upped my intensity.
  • 20 min walk, 20 min weight training. I didn't want to, was tired today but I made myself before bed late tonight.
  • I did 60 mins on the elliptical last nite.
  • 45 min on the elliptical. Slept poorly last night, so it is a little less time than I'd like, but I was really low on energy.
