Default Finding a Trainer

What's the best way to find a personal trainer? Especially one that will come to our home in the mornings. We have a bunch of equipment, but need someone to teach to use it right and push us harder then we will ourselves. We being DH and me. Evenings are out because DH is getting his MBA and evenings are for study or class. I've done some searching online, but they either don't respond to emails or return calls, or they want you to come to their gym. Any suggestions would be appreciated
