Thanks for the welcome, Teacher!

As of right now, I mainly do upper/mid-body workouts like sit ups/curls, light weight lifting, and push ups. That, combined with strict (sometimes not so strict, like lately, heehee) calorie counting have taken the weight off. What I do is count my calories during the week, and on Saturdays, I let myself "splurge"... which usually isn't a TOTAL splurge, because I actually really enjoy eating healthy. And, by the time the weekend rolls around, I guess my stomach has shrunken a bit, because I usually don't want to eat large portions of anything.
I REALLY need to work on lower body stuff, though. I've always had big hips/thighs, but lately it just really bugs me. So that's what I'm trying to get into. Stuff like running would be nice. I just can't motivate myself to get on that darn treadmill! I'd like to make it fun, like go play soccer with friends or something, but it seems like all my friends ever want to do is go to the bars. And I would join an adult league, but I don't have enough time between work and all that other good stuff. So if you have ANY ideas on how to make lower body workouts fun, please let me know! I am open to ideas!
Once again, thanks for the welcome! And congrats on your loss so far!
