DH does it in the morning and in the evening. He is enjoying the discipline of it. He also walks and lifts weights for weight loss.

I've done quite a few sessions with a personal trainer a few years back.. honestly speaking it does nothing to aid in weightloss, you don't really burn much while doing it but it is quite relaxing. The hard part was memorizing the steps for each move
