Tai Chi anyone?
Tried searching this forum but didn't find anything. Anyone here tried Tai Chi?

DH does it in the morning and in the evening. He is enjoying the discipline of it. He also walks and lifts weights for weight loss.

I just started a class today....its very relaxing and I really enjoyed it!

I've done quite a few sessions with a personal trainer a few years back.. honestly speaking it does nothing to aid in weightloss, you don't really burn much while doing it but it is quite relaxing. The hard part was memorizing the steps for each move :)
