Just got back from my 5k with the hound.

WATP 2 miles today. my shoulder is hurting me for some reason. |
I got to work out by myself for the past few days. Poor boobalah has the creeping crud and can't work out. I did a 45 minute Fat Burner workout on Saturday. Sunday was one of the WATP Shortcut for upper body. That one uses weights. It's 30 minutes of some nice upper body workout. Today I did the WAT Waist with the belt.

I did 5.7 yesterday, little miss has crashed today, but a short walk is on our list for today, i just wish the sun was out! |

I am just swamped at work, church and "life" right now....all good things. I was able to get 2 miles in with the mutss today. I have a Thanksgiving 5K and it is tough getting my miles in to stay in shape for it...not a big deal I am walking it but..heck, the last three months I think I averaged about 140 miles a month!! Oh well...work is keeping my calories burning now! Keep up the great work GALS! |
Angie took the dogs for a couple of miles before I got home...so I went and got a haircut!

I reckon I got some exercise in, I dl'ed The Prince "Purple Rain" record and that got up and excited and then from there for about an hour or so i danced my butt off in the livingroom to all my old 80's & 90's dance music, lol! it was fun and I worked up a sweat. :D

Been home an hour or so from our Turkey Trot 5K ~ I beat my time of last year by 10 minutes...I had a 35:35...not my best 5K ever...but hey, at 53 I am just glad I can do them! Finish November strong gals! |
