getting outdoors is my favorite. just moved north of atlanta...and already we have visitied some great mountian hiking areas. in addition i take my dog for a walk almost daily. also i love doing yoga on dvd.
DH and I love to play racquetball almost every day. On the days that he works through lunch, I do TurboJam. Chalene Johnson's really perky and she's got a good taste in music, so I never get tired of doing her DVD's.
I use WATP tapes I have the walk diet,1 mile and the 3 mile tapes I also wear a pedometer (I know this is not exercise it does help to know how many steps,miles& calories I burn )and I kayak (weather permitting) ,I like to run/jog and walk a lot.I am hoping to either buy snowshoes or cross county skies for this winter to keep up the out door activities.On cold (-50 below ) cold snowy days will do WATP tapes.
