Default How much exersize is to much???

I know some exersize is better than none at all. But how much is to much? I have the time right now and I feel like I can keep up with an intense exersize routine. Im not trying to be like the people on Biggest Loser where they exersize 3-5 hours a day to try and lose massive amounts of weight in one week. I was just curious on how much is to much? Right now I feel like I can get 2-3 hours in a day but I dont want to be harming myself in the long run.

It depends on what you are doing, and the intensity. For example short slow walk for 60 minutes and then some yoga or weights is fine. You just can't do high intensity cardio every day, you'll eventually suffer from overtraining.

I personally don't do more than 90 minutes, usually do 45 minutes to 60 min.

Some people can get obsessed or addicted so as long as you are keeping it in perspective I wouldn't worry about it. 3 hours is too much unless you are training for a triathlon or something specific.
