I used to HATE doing my walks (3 miles per day.... 2 km to work and 2km back).
Now (especially in the mornings) I get dressed up, put on my music and walk like my life depended on it (I had a "little person" walk with me yesterday morning and she could barely keep up!!!!). I love the feeling of just sweating it out... I'm exhilrated by the time I get to work. I have my cool down period... change - retouch my makeup and hair then my day seems to go so well

It took me about 2 months to finally start enjoying this walk!!!!
Now if I don't get to do it, I get crabby hehe
