Does anyone know how to slim down those annoying love handles? Is there like a certain exercise to do it? I haven't found anything yet. I have tried the side crunches, but they don't seem to be working.
I'd like to know too! I hope someone answer's. But until they do I imagine just losing the weight (not that you have alot to lose) and toning up all over will help. I wonder if the lower back exercises on the ball helps?
Love handles are fat and only way to get rid of fat is to burn it off. So any exercise you do should burn calories, especially cardio and thus help you burn fat.
Running seems to be helping my tummy lose it's tire, and that includes the sides so I would say running or walking at a decent pace. You need cardio to blast away those pounds.
