I think even with taper I should get 150 miles this month running

School is starting so I am going to cut strollering back to 20 miles.

I didn't make my goal last month:( Once school started, working out STOPPED. But that's going to change! I THINK I'm getting a routine down, so I can workout again (SOMEHOW)!

Today I did Walk Slim 3 Fast Miles and it felt GREAT! I think I'll aim for 65 miles this month!

Okay - I'm still only going to count the miles I run this month, and not my total distance including walking warm-up and cool-down, so...

50 Brave, but I'll give it a go :)

HEATHER! A mile is a MILE no matter how you get there, every step is a step towards healthier days! If I was you, I'd take 'em and be proud!!

OK ~ 30 days, less 5 Sundays, so I will try and do 25 5K's which is 77.5 miles

Today after a short day at work I did 4 miles

65 minutes

OK, I'm going to try and actually remember to *post* about this all month for a change. I start off with great intentions, don't post past the first few days and then can never remember what I've done...

So, 30 day month and I want to average 4 miles per day, making 120 miles.

Yesterday: 5 miles done - 2 mile loop with friend, 2 x 1.5 mile walks later in the day. 5/120. A very good day. :)

Today: 4 1/2 miles done = 9.5/120.

I am new here, but want to join in for the support and motivation.

I've set a goal of 50 miles for the month on my elliptical and walking.

1.1 miles yesterday

2.8 miles today

I should really make it to 150 this month, but I'll go for a nice consistent 125. I did an 11.2 mile race this morning to start me off

I'm cutting my goal from 100 to 75 this month because I'm going to take it easy the next week or two. I may do more than that, especially if the weather starts cooling off, but I have no idea. Coming down from my first half marathon, which I ran today -- woohoo!!

So here I am so far...13.1/75

congrats to the half marathoners here! i'm registered for a 12K at the end of october, but not sure if i'll be ready by then... i need to start pushing myself more when i run, it's honestly just been leisurely jogs for the past month or two.

Well Angie and I did the short 1.25 mile walk to STARBUCKS this morning with the dogs, then took the 2.25 long way home. This afternoon I did 2.5 on the treadmill for a total of 6 miles today.

Today - 3 miles walking. Fairly typical Monday, so that gives me 12.5/120. Right on track! :D

i'm aiming for a goal of 70 miles for the month of september. I am training for a half-marathon for october currently as well, so hopefully i can just stick to the schedule.

Today i did 6 miles.

After Angie had her 3 mile run we did the walk with the dogs to Starbucks, then I did 2 miles on the treadmill when we got home.

I'm going for 54 miles of Walking this month. I may throw in a tiny bit of running, but that's it because I haven't ran since I was in grade school. ;)

Gary~when you and Angie walk to Starbucks, do you stop for breakfast? I've heard they have these really good Florentine egg sandwich things (not available everywhere, but they do have them in California). I haven't tried one yet, but my friend says they are great--she and her husband walk to Starbucks every Sunday just for that!

Hey ALLISON ~ I usually wait outside with the mutts, Angie has all MY money anyway ;) She always gets a scone with her tea, I just get a coffee of the day. Angie did say that we have those sandwiches there though.

After work today I did 3 1/2 treadmill miles...should do more to get the pound I gained over the week-end down...but...too tired! The heat boss ~the heat!
