Big crappy 1 mile, plus 2 on the bike. Think I have shin splints in my left leg. Hurt so bad I had to stop running, even the bike hurt a little. I really don't want to lose momentum here
Going to go on a walk later and see how I feel. Hopefully with some extra slow walking plus some stretching and maybe ice later tonight, I will be good to go tomorrow.
