  • 60 min stationary bike, 15 minutes weights (legs with emph on calves)
  • Ran 4 miles = 40 minutes
    Chest Weight Training = 22 minutes
  • 2 hour bike ride 35k/21m
  • 30 minutes bike, 20 minutes elliptical, 5 minutes rowing machine (still ouch!)
  • 31 mins treadmill (300)

  • I've been forgetting to post in this thread for the past few weeks!

    Today: 10 mile run
  • I went for a 19 mile bike ride today--twice as long as my longest ride yet! It was beautiful out and I had a great time. Alas, my butt was officially kicked by an unfair preponderance of hills and a persistent head wind on those same hills.

    Still, I burned 840 calories and got lots of lovely sun! Hooray!
  • 4 miles on TB on Sun, Its off for work for me tonight so can't work out til tomorrow afternoon

  • 60 minutes elliptical
  • 6k run, 50 mins...
