  • I just did another 1.5 miles on the treadmill.
  • I haven't updated for a while. I've had quite a low mileage week, 4.2 on Sunday, just under 8 last night and just under 5 this morning. That takes me to 46.8/125, but I'm hoping to get a decent run in over the weekend.
  • It's been awhile since I updated, but I've been walking everyday!!

    That doesn't look too good for halfway through the month... Spring break vacation kind of screwed up my plans. Oh well, we'll see how it all shakes out. I want to run now but there's lots of miserable rain out there...
  • Another 1.5 on the treadmill.
  • Haven't posted an update lately, but I've been hitting the treadmill. I'm now 21.6/50. Feeling a little off the mark, but I've got a 5k coming on Saturday. My first one ever! I'm just walking, but it's a big change from sitting on the couch!
