    My Shinsplints are hurting so I'm gonna rest today and concentrate on eating within calories. Which has been horrible the past couple of days.

    Oh well.. yesterday was 15 min treadmill, 30 min upper body weights, and 30 min cross trainer.

  • After two days of resting my problem knee, I intended to try running today but didn't get a chance. I did a 60 minute bodysculpting class.

    I ordered my Polar HRM monitor yesterday! I'm very excited!

  • 2 mile run
  • 50 min elliptical
  • 60 min yoga
  • 45 mins -- 15k bike ride
  • Phew!

    DWTS-Cardio Dance- Cha-Cha, Samba, Paso Doble, and The Jive. 1 Hour
    Lifting Weights to lose Weight 2(Kathy Smith)- 45 minutes
