Hi, I've been reading your posts. I don't drink anything other then tea, the odd coffee and water. I stopped buying fizzy drinks ages ago because they are no good for anyone and my body doesn't seem to like them anyway.
I don't have takeaways mostly because I can't afford them, and that is a good thing, one less problem to deal with

Walking is great, do any of you listen to music when you walk ? It's about the only time I can listen to my music

If you are tired when you get home, can you not make a deal with yourself to walk as soon as you walk in the door ? have a change of clothes on the bed ready to go and just go for 15 minutes, you may find that once your out there you will want to do more and it will make you feel better for having done it.
